Refund policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have fourteen (14) days from receipt of your Product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalty.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform TYLAË GIU of your decision by completing the withdrawal form available in our Terms and Conditions of Sale or by sending any other unambiguous statement expressing your wish to withdraw to hello@tylaegiu.com.

You must then return the Products within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

RETURN COSTS

Return costs are covered by TYLAË GIU. A prepaid return label will be sent to you by e-mail for the postal return of your Products.

If you choose a different return method from the one proposed by TYLAË GIU, the return costs will be at your expense.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Products must not have been used beyond a simple try-on comparable to that which could be carried out in a store. They must not be damaged and must be returned intact, in their original packaging, together with any accessories or documentation.

In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products made to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
• Products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons;
• Products which, after delivery and by their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other items.

REFUNDS

TYLAË GIU will refund all sums paid for the Order or Pre-order, including standard delivery charges, without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

TYLAË GIU may defer the refund until the Products have been recovered or until you have provided proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method as the one used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery method offered by TYLAË GIU will not be refunded.
